The sim racing birthday party that shows up at your door.
No loading a pack of kids into cars and driving across the valley. No booking a venue slot. No per-head gate price. We roll up, set up a fully immersive racing rig right at your house, and every kid gets real time behind the wheel — while everyone else watches the battle on the big screen.
All of the fun, none of the logistics — across Utah County & the Salt Lake valley
It comes to your house
The party stays home. No caravanning kids across town, no venue deposit, no waiting for a lane to open up. We bring the whole experience to your living room, garage, or basement.
Every kid drives
Not one quick lap each. A phone queue keeps it moving so everyone gets real, repeated seat time.
Nobody's bored waiting a turn
The big screen shows a live leaderboard and the driver's view, so the kids waiting are cheering, coaching, and racing to beat each other's times. We can run a bracket and crown a champion.
What the kids actually do
Scan & join the line
Each kid hops in the queue from a phone — no crowding the seat, no clipboard, no arguing over whose turn it is.
Practice & learn the track
They pick a car, get a few laps to find their feet, and learn where to brake. Driving aids help first-timers get going, but it's a real simulator: it rewards practice, and they get faster every turn.
Race, bracket & a winner
Timed runs go up on the live leaderboard, then a head-to-head bracket builds to a final — a real moment for the birthday kid and their friends.
Show up, and it's handled
Setup & teardown
We arrive early, set up, run the whole thing, and pack out clean. You host the party, not the tech.
A host who runs it
Someone to greet the kids, coach the nervous ones, and keep the queue flowing the whole time.
Live leaderboard & bracket
The competition everyone can see — and a champion at the end.
A results recap for parents
After the party, every kid gets a results card with their best lap, and you get a recap to share with the other parents.
Straightforward party pricing
Parties run fewer racers than our corporate sessions on purpose — every kid gets multiple turns at the wheel, not one timed run.
More seat time — plus a bracket that builds to a champion.

Questions parents ask
How much does a sim racing party cost?
One flat price based on how long you want to race: tax included, no per-kid fees.
See party pricing ↑How many kids can race?
One racer drives at a time while everyone else follows the live leaderboard on the big screen. For a 2-hour party, we recommend keeping it under 10 racers so every kid stays engaged and gets plenty of turns. Bigger group? The 3- and 4-hour parties fit up to 15 and 20.
What ages is it good for?
Ages 12 and up. This is a realistic racing simulator, not an arcade game. The cars handle like the real thing, and it's not as forgiving as a typical arcade racer, so older kids, teens, and adults get the most out of it. The seat and pedals adjust to fit each driver.
Can adults race too?
Of course. Parents and other grown-ups can race and join the bracket right alongside the kids.
Where do you set up, and how much space do you need?
Anywhere indoors with the room: living room, garage, basement, wherever works for your party. The rig needs a 6 × 4 ft footprint at minimum, and more is better so everyone can gather around the screen. Setup takes about 20 minutes, so we arrive about 20 minutes before your start time, and teardown takes about 20 minutes after.
What do you need for power?
Just one standard wall outlet near where the rig goes.
Can it be set up outside?
A garage works great. We generally don't set up fully outdoors, unless there's a clean, covered spot that keeps the rig out of the weather.
Do I need to run anything?
No. A host greets the kids, coaches the nervous ones, and keeps the queue moving the whole time. You host the party, not the tech.
Is it a VR headset?
No. Nothing to strap on. Drivers race on a curved display, and a big spectator screen shows the driver's view and a live leaderboard, so the kids waiting their turn are cheering instead of bored.
Which areas do you serve?
Utah County and the Salt Lake valley. Pricing is flat within 30 miles of Saratoga Springs. Beyond that there's a simple travel fee, and we tell you upfront.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks' notice is ideal. Planning something sooner? Reach out anyway, and we'll check whether your date is open.
Is there a deposit? What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No deposit, and no cancellation fee. Need a different date? Reschedule or cancel anytime on your booking page using the booking code you get when you send your inquiry, or just text us at (801) 855-8904.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. Every racer signs a quick waiver before driving. Kids sign with a parent or guardian.
What do the kids take home?
Every kid gets a results card with their best lap, and you get a recap to share with the other parents.
How do I book?
Send the party inquiry form with your date and city. We reply within 24 hours, usually the same day, with availability and a flat, tax-included quote.
